Are you one of the organizations  participating  in humanitarian assistance or  abussiness person in vested interest in war torn or remote areas,do you know you need  air ambulance,emergency & medical evacuation preparedness plan?

There three kind of  these preparedness plans we have set,air ambulance,emergency evacuation and medical evacuation.

Air ambulance is the most effective ,reliable and efficient model of provide medical treatment in the air as you fly a patient to  the hospital that is specialized in that treat to save ones life.There are 3 types ofm aircraft used for long haul namely,citation bravo,beechcraft 1900 and beechcraft 200 but citation jet is the fastest for example from Kenya to South Africa 4 hrs and 20 minutes non-stop and to france with one stop for refuelling and it flies at 40,000 ft above sa level with two pilots fully instrument flying equipped but its price is double the beechcraft 1900/200.For air ambulance out of the national parks or remote areas where there  are poor aiirstrips we use C-208 caravan to  transfer to the nearest serviceable airstrip or airport  for either citation jet or beechcraft 1900/200 to be able to fly .We prefer the citaion and beechcraft 1900/200 as they are pressurized and for patients who are not in critical conditions can still be flown without having to fix oxygen cylinder.On the air ambulance flights we have 2 doctors,1 nurse and 2 pilots with all the requiredmedical equipment as specified from where the patient is.The aircraft is designed in away all important medical equippments which needs to be fixed it can be done without having to modify especially the citation jet which has everything inbuilt for air ambulance. With the beechcraft 1900/200 modification was done  and this aicraft flies at 22,000 ft above see level and pressurised.The helicopter plays a very important role especially for air ambulance from where there are not airstrips and along the roads and it flies upto the hospitals as it does need an airstrip to land.It is only recommended for  flights of not more than 3 hours and also depending with the condition of the patient.

Why do you need emergeny evacuation and when? Especially when operating in war torn areas like ,darfur,chad,drc congo,somalia,south sudan an emergency might arise thus aneed for a quick evacuation and it is recommended you use a pressurised aircraft which can fly at a higher attitude to avoid to be shot at.You need to have this plan and not to wait until it happens and here we are experts.If you have this contigency plan all you have to do is to call and book the aircraft other than fetching and risking lives when the services are there.We can evacuate anumber from 7,10,18,37,75 but considering the serviceability of the airstrip we are flying from,so the need to make plans so that you are adviced and if where you are located there is no airstrip you are adviced on the alternate so that as you plan the evacuation you know which direction to escape to .

Medical evacuation flights are done for patients who are in remote areas that have poor medical facilities.If the patient is in critical conditions we use air ambulance and if  not we use a stretcher on the normal charter.Hence the need to have this in place to avoid delays but having arrangments with an air charter company with this services.We have the 10 seater,19 seater,7 seater  pressurized to execute this operations.

You can still charter and come with your own medical and staff and we treat it as normal charter.We have a control room with HF radio,statelitte phones,thuraya which are installed also in the aircraft and we have stand-by and staff on duty including ,pilots ,nurses,doctors,engineers,operation staff.They have all attended air ambulance,emergency evacuation worshops and our doctors and nurses are in practice in major hospital and hence the advantage of being current on all new medical issues coming up including emergency handling cases,ICU.
